Filiz Akdede is the Global VP of HP 3D Printer Group, based in Barcelona since 2019. With 21 years of experience at HP Turkey, she has held various roles, including Retail and Corporate Sales and Marketing Director, and served as the General Director of HP Turkey from 2013-2019.
She was a member of the Board of Directors of the American Business Association and the Head of the TÜSİAD Information Technologies Desk. Filiz has also contributed to mentorship programs and leadership roles, including the 2020-2021 Turkish WIN Barcelona Team and the YGA Project Leadership in 2021.
A recognized leader, she was ranked among the top 10 "Most Influential Women Leaders of Turkey" by Ekonomist Magazine and listed as one of the "Global 50 Turkish Leaders" by Capital Magazine in 2023. Filiz frequently gives seminars on topics such as sustainability, change management, and diversity and inclusion.
