Anne founded Awakening Consulting & Coaching in April 2021 to provide HR & Labor Relations consultancy to corporations and coaching services to private clients. She has been active in freelance assignments as a Corporate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition and L&D/Talent consultant.

With more than a decade of experience in human resources and labor relations across Europe and Asia, Anne is a HRBP with a real passion for talent acquisition & talent management, labor relations and employee engagement. 

Holding a master’s degree in Employment and Labor Relations Law Anne is an experienced labor relations negotiator and has concluded numerous historical collective bargaining agreements. Anne also holds a master’s degree in Linguistics & Literature, a master’s degree in Management and a post-university degree in Human Resources.

She is a certified coach (ICF ACC). As a trained Six Sigma Green Belt Anne is highly qualified in project, change and quality management.

Ioanna Vompiri is a senior HR professional, leadership & teams’ coach with more than 15 years of experience in Greece and abroad in the fields of culture & change management, people engagement, talent & leadership development, performance management, internal communications, HR due diligence & post-merger integration, in the sectors of technology, financial services, consulting, constructions and retail.
