Andrew Bryant, CSP is the Global Authority on Self-Leadership in the Age of AI. Founder of Self Leadership International (est. 1999), he co-authored the foundational academic definition of self-leadership (Bryant & Kazan, McGraw-Hill, 2012), now cited in more than 200 peer-reviewed papers, then spent 25+ years refining that framework with executive teams and major multinationals across 40+ countries.
His fifth book, POTENTIAL-IZE: How Leaders Unlock Human Potential in the Age of AI (Wiley, 2026), introduces the IGNITE Framework for organizations navigating AI-driven change. The central argument: as AI assumes cognitive tasks, human judgment, trust-building, and self-directed performance become more valuable, not less.
Andrew holds the CSP designation, faculty associations with MIT and Singapore Management University, and has delivered keynotes for Microsoft, Singapore Airlines, Airbus, Credit Suisse, and Deloitte. A former physiotherapist to elite athletes, now based in Portugal after 17 years in Asia.
