Alejandro Rodriguez is an ICF-certified coach that works with executives, managers, and junior leaders in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors to help them bring their most authentic selves to work. Alejandro, a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, has worked with international partners in many countries, including Afghanistan, Colombia, Germany, Iraq, Japan, Korea, Qatar, and Thailand. Alejandro is an adjunct faculty within Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies and an alumni mentor in Georgetown’s Leadership Coaching program and Executive Facilitation program. He also facilitates classes on mindfulness, building high-performing teams, and emotional intelligence (EI) and has been invited to speak to large audiences on leading with EI in high-stress environments and transitions. Alejandro holds an Executive Master’s degree in Leadership, a Leadership Coaching Certificate, and an Executive Facilitation Certificate from Georgetown University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Virginia Military Institute.
