Key achievements include initiating SolarStratos, leading the first solar-powered circumnavigation, and executing the first solar polar navigation. He has set records like the first solar jump from an electric airplane and the first electric plane flight in Monaco’s airspace. Raphaël's honors include Chevalier de l’Ordre de Saint-Charles, the Swiss Solar Prize, and the European Solar Prize. He is a member of the New York Explorers Club and co-founder of the EcoExplorer Society in Monaco.
