Claudia Garbrecht

Biography

Claudia Garbrecht is a psychologist, keynote speaker, and organizational consultant specializing in burnout prevention, resilience, and sustainable performance. She translates research from health psychology and psychophysiology into practical strategies that create impact for both people and organizations.

As Lead Editor at Elsevier, she collaborated with researchers across leading institutions such as Yale and Harvard, on stress and cardiovascular health, bringing that science into a book, The Heart-Brain Connection. She has spoken at the European Society of Cardiology and EFIM Congresses.

While most interventions work at the level of behavior, Claudia works at the level of physiology — helping organizations understand burnout as a biological process before it becomes irreversible.
