As Lead Manufacturing Engineer, I am leading and taking charge of the complex industrialization processes, guaranteeing that we have six sigma processes with the right capability. I had to develop my project management skills to ensure that all the equipment meets the deadlines also and we do not have any impact on the overall project timeline. And the thing that I love the most is the opportunity to think of projects on a global scale and be in contact with people all over the world. My background in physics engineering gave me essential skills in these fields. I have a deep understanding of statistics, design of experiments, and laboratory analysis and I can easily deep dive into any subject.
